What is 40+FIT ?

After many years studying and providing a variety of programs for clients and gym members, I see a huge gap in training options for women in general, and specifically women around 40+. To more closely align with women's needs, I have developed specialised coaching and training options for stages of life from post-natal through peri to post-menopause. 
By addressing our unique physical, hormonal, nutritional and mindset requirements, clients reap the benefits of my programs. You can get fitter, stronger, leaner, find your energy again and get results without getting sore, tired and exhausted.
