Specialised Personal Training and Semi-Private PT is conducted in my private studio in Drouin. Fully personalised programs designed specifically for women who want to fast-track results. 

I'm a fully qualified personal trainer with eight years' experience helping clients of all ages and abilities to improve their health, with specialised interest and certifications in coaching Women 40+.

Personal Training is the ultimate in-person service with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle and incorporate your preferences. Finding out what you love to do and avoiding any exercise you hate (there's ALWAYS a number of better suited alternatives for every exercise), I design your program to be as much fun as possible so you progress and feel energised. Operating from my private studio with strictly limited availability. 

Personal training is perfect if you find it hard to commit to regular exercise. I will make sure you're exercising at the right intensity, frequency and duration so you achieve your goals more quickly. I provide my clients with just the right amount of coaching, education, demonstrating and on-the-fly changes so your session aligns with how you feel on the day. 

Personal Training includes tailored workouts fully personalised just for you, goal setting, weekly progressions, mindset coaching, accountability. We keep track of how you're progressing and once you reach your goals, we set new ones. Nutrition not included.

$40 FOR 30 MINUTES

$55 FOR 45 MINUTES

Share the cost of your Personal Training sessions. 

2 people - add $10 to casual private session prices. 3 people - add $15.

Train with your best work-out buddy, partner or family member. If one person cancels, price will be charged per the number of people attending the session. Please enquire about package discounts or subscription pricing for further savings. 

FAST TRACK 6-WEEK PT PACKAGE

$650.00 upfront personal training package. Includes:

  • A private FAST TRACK RESULTS and goal setting session.

  • 2 x 45-minute personal training sessions a week​ over 6 weeks.

  • A fully personalised 6-week training plan.

  • A weekly training calendar - printed to schedule your workouts and activities.

  • Welcome pack with a whole lot of useful information.

Save with a Private PT fortnightly subscription

 

A fortnightly subscription is a great way to save money and provides that extra motivation you need. Payment in advance by PayPal Autopay. PT sessions can be scheduled at any available time within the fortnight . Suspension is available for holidays. Cancel at any time with 14 day's notice.
